Bushrod Island, Montserrado County — The President of the Custom Brokers Association, James Hinneh, has made a generous contribution to support the Muslim community in District #14, Montserrado County, during the holy month of Ramadan.
An amount of US$1,600 was provided to purchase essential food items, which will be distributed to several mosques across the district. The donation is intended to assist Muslim families observing the fast and to promote unity and compassion during this sacred period.
According to Hinneh, the initiative goes beyond charity and reflects solidarity with the Muslim community during a time that emphasizes sacrifice, humility, and care for others.
Ramadan serves as a reminder of the importance of generosity and community support. By assisting mosques and families in District #14, the gesture also highlights the value of religious harmony and inclusive community leadership.
