Monrovia โ Former Montserrado County District 8 Representative Acarous Moses Gray has issued a public invitation to a series of community events aimed at fostering reconciliation and unity within his former constituency. The announcement, released under the name of District 8 Coordinator Beyan Y. Johnson and approved by Gray himself, outlines two days of activities planned for this weekend.
The events are scheduled to kick off on Saturday, August 23, 2025, with a “Day of Healing, Truth Telling, Suggestions, and Reconciliation.” The gathering will take place at the Plumkor District Office from 12 PM to 6 PM. The announcement encourages residents to “come and tell your stories with your suggestions,” signaling a focus on open dialogue and addressing community concerns.
The weekend’s activities will continue on Sunday, August 24, 2025, with a grand sporting program at the Saye Town Field at 12 PM. This event will be followed by a “musical jamboree” back at the Plumkor District office.
The announcement specifically extends an invitation to all supporters of Coalition for Democratic Change (CDC) commonly referred to as “Cdcians”.
