Monrovia – The leadership of the Montserrado County University Students Union (MONUSU) has presented a Certificate of Honor to Representative Kerkula Muka Kamara of District #14 in recognition of his outstanding support and contributions to the student community in the district and Montserrado County at large.
According to the student leadership, Rep. Kamara’s continued assistance has enabled many students to stay in school and pursue academic excellence. They commended his 2024/2025 Scholarship Initiative, the upcoming 2025/2026 Financial Aid Program, and his support to Senior High Schools during the 2024/2025 WASSCE examinations.
The delegation also lauded the lawmaker for his principled defense of the Constitution during the recent legislative impasse, describing his stance as a sign of patriotism and commitment to good governance.
In his remarks, Representative Kamara expressed gratitude to the student body for the honor and pledged to continue empowering young people through education.
“Education remains the strongest tool for national development,” he stated. “I will continue to stand with the student community and invest in programs that transform lives.”
