Fish Town, River Gee County – Senator Jonathan Boycharles Sogbie has begun delivering on several of his development promises, dedicating multiple projects across River Gee County to enhance youth engagement, community life, and road connectivity.
The lawmaker officially opened the Nyeniwliken Youth Center, a modern facility built to empower young people with a safe space for learning, skills training, and personal development. The project fulfills a commitment Senator Sogbie made to the youth community during previous engagements.
In addition to the youth center, Senator Sogbie also dedicated the Swenken Town Hall, which will serve as a multipurpose venue for meetings, community activities, and local gatherings.
On the infrastructure front, the Senator spearheaded the rehabilitation of a 14-kilometer road stretching from Chedepo Putuken to Chedepo Geeken in the Chedepo Administrative District. The road project, which benefits residents of both Electoral District #1 and District #2, is expected to ease transportation, boost trade, and connect more communities.
Residents of River Gee expressed appreciation for the projects, noting that they mark tangible steps toward development and improved living conditions in the county.
