Capitol Hill, Liberia — Representative Noah extends sincere congratulations to the young men and women of Sinoe County Electoral District #3 who successfully graduated from the For Life Zoe Vocational Training Institute over the weekend.
The graduates, drawn from the five statutory districts comprising Sinoe District #3, were beneficiaries of a full sponsorship initiative provided by Hon. Noah as part of his continued commitment to education, skills development, and youth empowerment.
