Liverpool, UK — The National Chairman of the ruling Unity Party (UP), Rev. Luther Tarpeh, has achieved a major academic milestone after being conferred a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree from the prestigious University of Liverpool in England, United Kingdom.
Rev. Tarpeh, a prominent voice in Liberian politics and governance, shared the milestone with family, friends, and supporters through a personal message on his official Facebook page.
Reflecting on the rigorous academic journey, the UP Chairman revealed that the achievement is the culmination of nearly a decade of intense study and intellectual dedication.
“After completing 8 long years of laborious and relentless research and critical evaluation of economic variables affecting Africa’s developmental agenda in light of the role education plays, I have now been conferred upon a doctoral degree (PhD) at the prestigious University of Liverpool in England, the United Kingdom,” Tarpeh wrote.

Expressing deep gratitude, he added: “To God be the glory! Special thanks to my family and friends for your support through these years.”
