Monrovia, Liberia: — A prominent religious figure, Dr. E.O. Kingsley, President of GAP GLOBAL INC (God’s Own Prophet), has officially written to the President of the Republic of Liberia, His Excellency Amb. Joseph N. Boaki, calling for the declaration of a nationwide prayer crusade in response to what he describes as growing national difficulties.
In his letter, Dr. Kingsley expressed concern over increasing social tension, division, and uncertainty across the country, noting that many citizens are experiencing what he termed a “deep sense of unease” that requires both spiritual and national attention.
He emphasized that Liberia, like many nations facing periods of hardship, may benefit from collective intercessory prayer as a way of restoring unity, peace, and moral direction. According to him, national transformation is often strengthened when citizens come together in faith and shared purpose.
Dr. Kingsley therefore respectfully appealed to the President’s leadership to consider issuing a national call for urgent prayer, bringing together religious communities, civic leaders, and citizens across all regions of the country.
He further stated that such an initiative would serve as a powerful symbol of unity, helping to bridge divides and inspire hope among Liberians. He believes that a presidential call to prayer could mobilize millions and create what he described as “a moment of national healing and reflection.”
The letter concluded with a strong appeal for divine guidance over the leadership of the nation and for wisdom in addressing the country’s ongoing challenges.
As of press time, there has been no official response from the Office of the President regarding the proposal.
