MONROVIA, LIBERIA —Liberia’s global musical superstar Jonathan Lee Pratt better known by his stage name JZyNo has lauded the government of Liberia diplomatic resolution to the border crisis in Lofa between Liberia and Guinea.
Amid President Boakai pushed for a de-escalation to the border crisis in which the Liberian leader flew earlier on Monday , March 16, 2026 to meet Guinean leader, Jyzno took to his official Facebook page to applaud the dialogue involving the both nations to keep peace within the Maro River Union (MRU).
“Peace talk is always the best. The MRU, one people. Now we can go back to the brunch or senny bar and enjoy the holiday,” the Butter my bread hit maker wrote.
Recent tensions between Guinea and its neighboring MRU members over border dispute have ignited fear of a regional conflict with ECOWAS calling on all parties to seek a peaceful dialogue in resolving the situation.
