MONROVIA, LIBERIA – Sinoe County Electoral District #3 Representative Alex S. Noah has reaffirmed his commitment to youth empowerment and skills development by meeting with beneficiaries of the “For Life Zoe” scholarship initiative at his Capitol Building office in Monrovia.
The meeting, held Monday, May 11, 2026, brought together several students who are currently benefiting from scholarship opportunities facilitated by the lawmaker through the For Life Zoe School.
About six months ago, Rep. Noah submitted the names of fifty students from across the five statutory districts of Sinoe Electoral District #3 to benefit from the vocational scholarship program. Ten students were selected from each district to participate in various technical and professional training programs.
The students are pursuing studies in disciplines including cosmetology, pastry, heavy-duty machinery operation, computer science, truck driving, and other vocational fields aimed at equipping young people with employable and self-sustaining skills.
During the meeting, the students expressed appreciation to the District #3 lawmaker for what they described as a life-changing opportunity that is helping shape their futures.
Rep. Noah thanked the beneficiaries for embracing the opportunity and encouraged them to remain focused and passionate about their studies.
He stressed the importance of technical and vocational education in addressing unemployment and empowering young people to become productive contributors to society.
The lawmaker also urged the students to use the knowledge and skills acquired to positively impact their families, communities, and the nation.
Speaking on behalf of the scholarship beneficiaries, Mr. Browne Keh of Tarjuowon District praised Rep. Noah for the initiative and pledged the students’ commitment to making meaningful use of the opportunity.
“Honorable Noah, we want to extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to you for providing us this great opportunity,” Keh said. “We promise to use the skills we have acquired positively and contribute meaningfully to our families and society.”
