Monrovia, Liberia — The National Safety Partnership of Liberia (NASAPAL Inc.), through its flagship sports initiative Charlie Bikers SC, has received national recognition and a Certificate of Participation from the National Federation of Motorcycle and Tricycle Association of Liberia (NAFOMTAL Inc.) for its outstanding contribution and active participation in the recently concluded Motorcycle Loan Empowerment and Public Safety Awareness Tournament.
The award was presented on Sunday, May 10, 2026, in recognition of NASAPAL’s unwavering commitment to promoting road safety awareness, youth empowerment, community engagement, and national development through sports and advocacy initiatives across Liberia.
The highly successful tournament was sponsored by Charlie Bikers SC, EVAME Motors Liberia Limited, Bloom Bank Africa Liberia Limited, and Haojue Company, whose collective partnership demonstrated a strong commitment to strengthening public safety awareness and empowering the motorcycle and tricycle sector in Liberia.
NASAPAL Inc., a growing national institution dedicated to advancing safety advocacy and sustainable development, continues to position itself as a leading voice in promoting the United Nations Global Safety Agenda, the Decade of Action for Road Safety, the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and the public safety component of the Government of Liberia’s ARREST Agenda.
Charlie Bikers SC, one of seventeen impactful programs established under NASAPAL Inc., was created to use football as a strategic platform for promoting discipline, teamwork, social awareness, youth inclusion, and nationwide public safety education. Through sports, the organization continues to reach communities, inspire young people, and strengthen national awareness around critical safety and development issues.
Receiving this recognition marks another important milestone in NASAPAL’s growing national impact and reinforces the organization’s commitment to building safer communities while empowering Liberian youth through constructive and transformational initiatives.
The institution also expressed profound appreciation to its players, technical staff, supporters, and members whose dedication, sacrifice, and hard work contributed significantly to the success of the tournament. Special commendation was extended to the organization’s visionary and energetic Chief Executive Officer for his exceptional leadership, financial commitment, and logistical support, which continue to drive the institution’s mission forward.
